There are currently no direct flights going to PV. There are direct flights coming back from PV to Chicago. It is sometimes better to try booking 2 one ways. Direct flights are most common and frequent during peak travel months (winter/spring) and may become less frequent or change days in off-peak seasons, so confirm for your specific dates. Airlines sometimes add or drop routes seasonally so check through google flights and Skyscanner. You may have to fly connecting going to Puerto Vallarta ** There are direct flights from Puerto Vallarta to Chicago coming back.
